- 1 Buy the learner places. A place is billed per child, monthly or yearly.
- 2 Add each teacher to the school.
- 3 Tell every teacher to sign in, create their classes, and send the class link to parents.

- 1 Sign in.
- 2 Create a class with its name and grade.
- 3 Tick the subjects you teach, or leave them blank to follow every subject.
- 4 Create another class when you have another grade or another group.
- 5 Copy the invite message and send it to those parents.
- 6 Remove a child who should not be in the class so the place is free.

- 1 Open the link from the teacher.
- 2 If the child already uses Kusoma, enter the login code and PIN.
- 3 If the child is new, create a parent account and enter the child's name. The grade is already the class grade.
- 4 Save the login code and PIN. You do not pay for a child the school is covering.
The child's progress stays on the same learner, whichever class they join.

One child, one place
A child in several classes at the school uses one place. Removing them from all classes frees it.
Places run for the contract
Schools pay monthly or yearly. A yearly contract is billed once as 10 months — two months free.
No parent commission
School classes are covered by the school, so teachers in school classes do not earn parent commission.
